JPJ Summons FAQs (Malay: Saman JPJ)
1. I want to check and pay my JPJ Summon online, what should I do?
• Visit www.myeg.com.my to start the process
• Please register with the website if you are a first time user
• Login with your username and password
• Navigate the top menu by clicking eServices > JPJ
• Click “Enter / Masuk”
• You have reached the services offered by JPJ
• Select the appropriate link to check and pay your summons online.

2. Are there any charges to view my summonses online?
No, there are no charges incurred for viewing summonses.

3. What is ID No?
ID No refers to the following:
• National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) - if you are a
Malaysian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
• Passport Number - if you are a non-Malaysian Resident
• Company Registration Number - if the vehicle is registered under
company.

4. Previously when I logged in, I saw there are some summonses at the
website, but when I log in today, these summonses are no longer there. I did
not have the opportunity to make any payment. Why was the summonses taken
down?
The summonses from JPJ will be on our website for 2 weeks only from the date
of the offence. If the summonses are not paid within this 2-week period, JPJ
will take down the summonses and you need to go to JPJ counters to pay your

5. How can I make payment for the Online Summon?
You can make payment through credit card or FPX (direct deduction from your
bank account) transactions

6. From which source do these summon information come from?
All the information on the website is directly channeled from the database
of Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia.

7. Can I check the JPJ summon on behalf of other people?
Yes, you can. You need the NRIC to check their status.

8. I am a foreigner; I have summonses when I drove in Malaysia. How can I
check my JPJ summon online?
You can check your summon by providing your Passport number and choose “Non
Malaysian Resident” at the category option.
